If you are new to the Campaign, here are some quick answers to get you started!-
QUESTION 1: How did this campaign come about?In January of 2009, Survivor Corps, the Veterans’ Coalition, and Booz Allen Hamilton hosted the Community Reintegration Summit which brought together, for the first time, over 150 national leaders from public, private, and civil sectors in order to improve the reintegration of service members and veterans as they come home from war. In order to address many of the concerns that were revealed at the Summit and continue making progress towards a healthy homecoming for all, we launched The Campaign for Healthy Homecoming, a forum where leading nonprofit and veteran service organizations, government departments and agencies, corporations, academic institutions, and veterans and family members themselves can work together on the challenges facing our service members, veterans, and their families.

QUESTION 2: Who is participating in this campaign?The campaign is fortunate to have a diverse cross-sector membership: government departments and agencies, nonprofit organizations, veterans’ service organizations, businesses, and, most importantly, service members, veterans, and their families.

QUESTION 3: How can individuals support the Campaign?You can post write a blog, post comments, and tell your friends. Become a fan on Facebook , and follow us on Twitter. Listen to homecoming news in your community and come back and tell us here. This campaign is about individuals, and we're glad you're here.

QUESTION 4: How can organizations join the Campaign?There are three ways organizations can join:
- As a regular member. Member organizations receive regular campaign updates, and are listed among the organizations on the this site.
- As a working group member. Working group members collaborate online to draft sections of the Roadmap for Reintegration, the landmark document that will help the country ensure a healthy homecoming for all who have served.
- As an organizing committee member. These members set the Campaign agenda and have the chance to regularly interact with other national organizations and government departments.

QUESTION 5: Are there any guidelines for commenting?Yes! In general, comments should be constructive and polite, even in debate.

QUESTION 6: Where do you get photos for website content and news articles?The Campaign for Healthy Homecoming obtains its photos from a variety of sources, incluidng Flickr and personally submitted photographs.
